Prepared by Pixrite for Rick Rene and the FaithNFreedom network
How the FaithNFreedom network fits together
A working map of every platform, tool, and handoff in the "Ideas for Jared" plan and the live sites, ordered the way content moves: from the shows, through the production engine, out to viewers, and back as revenue. Further down: what the live sites reveal, a findability readout, and suggested next steps.

Content
The shows and teaching that everything else distributes.
MoreFaithNFreedomFlagship show
Working
The main brand. Distributed to the streaming apps, Rumble, and the nightly syndication list.
MoreB2T showBlessed2Teach, Monday to Thursday
Working
Show notes are written Mon–Thu and delivered early Tue–Fri, each with one sponsor insert. Posted to blessed2teach.com as both a show page and a show-notes page.
MoreOther showsGrowing Your Faith, Biohackingville
Working
Both are on Rumble alongside the flagship and are included in the plan for AI reposting and thumbnail testing.
MoreTeaching archiveRick, Amanda, and Julie; the Armor series
Working
Years of recorded teaching. The plan suggests transcribing and making it searchable inside Circle, and turning the Armor series into a Day 1 to Day 7 course.
More35+ independent creatorsThe caster network, already live
Working, growing
Outside creators including SkyWatchTV, Flashpoint, Lance Wallnau, and Dr. Sherri Tenpenny air across the three channels. The stated goal is about 100 creators by the end of 2027.
Episodes, thumbnails, and metadata move down to the engine
Production engine
Storage, servers, and AI tools that process each episode.
MoreGoogle DriveCentral file and context hub
Working
Holds MP4s, thumbnails, metadata, and the key context documents the AI tools read from. Effectively the source of truth for every episode.
Used for coding, the Creator Form, transcript creation, and a content publisher that auto-creates WordPress articles for blessed2teach.com and faithnfreedom.org.
Planned: better transcript accuracy, SEO analysis, and AEO (answer-engine) analysis.
MoreGrokQuality check on Claude output
Working
A second AI reviewing the first before content goes out.
MoreVultr serverPHP and ffmpeg video conversion
Being moved
Converts streams with ffmpeg. Rick plans to move off it, possibly to another VPS or Mac Minis at home.
MoreSearch AtlasSEO and AEO rankings
Underused
Called a key tool that isn't being leveraged. Its WordPress plugin, OTTO, is already installed on blessed2teach.com. The plan pairs it with Claude to decide which pages, metadata, and new posts would move rankings from pages 2–3 onto page 1.
MoreGrok BotShow-notes helper, currently down
Down
Offline due to a billing dispute. Until it's replaced, Rick writes the B2T show notes by hand.
Finished video goes to TV; articles and posts go to the web and community
Streaming TV
The free-to-watch channel network and its apps.
MoreShowfer-TraffiqBuilds the 24/7 channels
Working
Transcoding, scheduling, and playout for broadcast-quality 24/7 feeds, plus the electronic program guide (EPG).
Feeds Lightcast for DVR. EPG is embedded on faithnfreedom.social and faithnfreedom.org.
MoreLightcast / Media Cloudfaithnfreedom.tv and delivery
Working
Hosts video, provides DVR, and supplies the embeds used on the community site.
Its API can trigger new-episode updates so fresh content gets embedded and promoted automatically.
MoreWeb player and six appsRoku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, iOS, Android
Working
Where viewers actually watch. Circle is used to drive app downloads.
Websites and search
How new people find the network through Google and AI answer engines.
Moreblessed2teach.comWordPress, B2T show and notes
Needs work
The show page and show-notes page currently carry near-identical content, which search engines penalize. The plan calls for separate write-ups, plus sponsor banners that match the day's insert.
Morefaithnfreedom.orgWordPress, main SEO and AEO hub
Needs work
Key SEO and AEO pages and posts, the embedded program guide, and planned ad rotation for sponsors.
Morefaithnfreedom.liveLanding page on Springboard
Replatforming
Not optimized and A/B testing isn't working. The plan recommends rebuilding it off Springboard.
MoreReview (Laravel)Purpose not described
Open question
Listed as a platform with no explanation. Worth confirming what it does and who uses it.
Community and email
The audience the network owns directly.
MoreCircle.sofaithnfreedom.social, Business plan
Working, growing
Social hub with embedded video and the program guide; drives viewership and app downloads. Taking over email from Springboard.
Its API can create posts automatically when new content publishes.
Limit: Circle is invisible to search and AI crawlers, so it can't replace the WordPress sites for discovery.
MoreSpringboard (Go High Level)Email today, being phased out
Migrating
Email is moving to Circle, which is included in the Circle plan. The plan notes there's no segmentation or strategy for donations and deliverability yet, and asks to compare deliverability between the two.
Syndication
Third-party platforms that extend reach.
MoreRumbleAll three main shows
Planned
The plan wants AI to repost each show and to rotate thumbnails and descriptions to lift viewership.
MoreNightly distributionSix platforms, currently done by hand
To be automated
Each night the MP4, thumbnail, and Rumble description go to Bitchute, Searchie, Podbean, SoundCloud, Brighteon, and YourNews. An outsourced team in India does this today; the plan is to replace that with automation. The same team also posts B2T shows and show notes.
Audience attention turns into funding
Revenue
How the network is paid for.
MoreSponsorsShow-note inserts and banner ads
Planned
One sponsor insert per B2T show-notes edition today. The plan adds banner ads that echo the insert on the show pages, and rotating ads on faithnfreedom.org, as groundwork for future sponsors.
MoreDonationsDriven by email
Needs strategy
No segmentation or list-growth strategy yet. The Circle email migration is the chance to set one up.
What the live sites show
Findings from reviewing faithnfreedom.org, blessed2teach.com, faithnfreedom.live, and faithnfreedom.social in September 2026. They fill in what the planning document leaves out.
The creator network already exists
Three 24/7 channels, each with its own .live domain, carry 1,000+ on-demand videos from 35+ creators. The stated goal is about 100 creators by the end of 2027, with more free ad-supported TV (FAST) slots on Roku, Fire TV, and smart-TV live guides.
Sponsors are being sold now
The partner page offers a limited number of Founding Strategic Partner spots ahead of a Phase II launch in 2027, with category exclusivity and locked-in pricing. Sponsor calls are booked through Springboard.
Each site has a stated job
faithnfreedom.org explains the network to viewers, creators, and sponsors. blessed2teach.com is the ministry home for the B2T Show and the 18,000-person email list. Circle is the community, and faithnfreedom.tv is the streaming engine.
The tool footprint is wider than listed
Beyond the plan's stack: two Kajabi course sites, Locals, Tithe.ly, PayPal, Podbean, a WooCommerce store, patrioticstrong.com, b2tneighborhood.com, and Searchie inside Circle. Members, money, and content live in many places.
Search Atlas is already installed
blessed2teach.com runs Search Atlas's WordPress plugin, OTTO. The gap isn't access to the tool; it's acting on what it reports.
Episode pages are a real asset
Recent B2T Show posts carry detailed, sectioned summaries of each episode. That's exactly the kind of text search engines and AI answer tools can read and quote.
Findability readout
What Google and AI answer engines can actually read on each property, what's holding it back, and the first fix for each.
faithnfreedom.org
Readable and well structured
What search engines see
Full text, clear titles and descriptions, question-shaped pages, FAQ blocks, and comparison pages. The strongest property in the network for search and AI answers.
Fix first
Make it the single home for "What is FaithNFreedom," creator profiles, and program guides, so the other sites link here instead of competing with it.
blessed2teach.com
Readable, but working against itself
What search engines see
Rich episode summaries, but most B2T episodes exist twice (a normal address and a "-2" copy), each claiming to be the original. The show index page tells Google to show at most one character of preview text. Test and leftover pages (/staging/, /test-form/, /home-old/, /members/, /forums/) are publicly linked, and hundreds of near-duplicate tags create thin pages.
Fix first
Stop the double-posting at the source, then permanently redirect each "-2" copy to its original.
faithnfreedom.social (Circle)
Titles only; content unreadable
What search engines see
Good page titles and descriptions, but no page content; it loads after the page opens, and the homepage redirects to a sign-in screen. Many site menus link here, so search value flows into pages that can't rank.
Fix first
Publish public versions of the program guides and Bible study series on the WordPress sites, and keep Circle for discussion.
faithnfreedom.live
Almost nothing to read
What search engines see
A Springboard page that is almost entirely images, with no page description found. It redirects to go.faithnfreedom.live, so the domain people type isn't the address search engines index.
Fix first
Rebuild it as a text-based page with a real title, description, and channel lineup. This is already on the replatforming list.
faithnfreedom.tv (Lightcast)
Couldn't check
What we found
The site refused automated access. It may block only tools like the one used here, or it may be blocking Google from the video library.
Fix first
Open faithnfreedom.tv/robots.txt and confirm Googlebot is allowed.
Biohackingville.Live and GrowingYourFaith.Live
Not checked
What to verify
If these are built like faithnfreedom.live, they share the same image-only problem.
Where to focus, in order
End the duplicate episodes. Find which step posts each episode twice, whether the auto-publisher or the outsourced team, fix it, then redirect the existing "-2" copies. This is likely the single biggest drag on blessed2teach.com.
Lift the preview limit on the B2T Show page. Its robots setting caps Google's preview at one character. It's likely a plugin or OTTO setting and takes minutes to change.
Remove or hide the leftover pages, and merge the duplicate tags into a short, deliberate list.
Put the video on the episode page. Episode posts currently link out to Circle. Embedding the Rumble or Lightcast player directly, with video structured data, lets each episode appear in video search.
Give each topic one home. Consolidate overlapping explainer and creator pages onto faithnfreedom.org and link to them from everywhere else.
Write real page descriptions for episodes. Today they're the first lines of the transcript ("Show opening and schedule mix-up"). A one-sentence summary of the episode's main topic will earn more clicks.
Unify the site templates. Older episode pages use a 2020 header with different YouTube and Telegram links than the homepage. One set of official profiles helps search engines connect the brand.
Label sponsor and affiliate links. Google asks that paid and affiliate links be marked as sponsored; episode pages carry several discount-code links.
Hold health content to a higher bar. Google applies stricter quality standards to health and news topics, so author credentials and cited sources matter more for Biohackingville and news segments.
How this was checked: a sample of about ten key pages across the network, not a full crawl. For a complete list of every affected page, run Search Atlas's site audit (already paid for), connect Google Search Console to each site to see exactly what Google has indexed, or use Screaming Frog, which crawls up to 500 pages free.
What stands out
Two spines. The streaming TV side (Showfer to Lightcast to the apps) and the web and community side (WordPress and Circle). Google Drive and the AI tools sit between them.
The handoffs are the weak point. Most problems are manual steps between platforms: nightly syndication, hand-written show notes, and a server being retired. The Lightcast and Circle APIs are the natural connectors.
Springboard is on its way out. Email is moving to Circle and the landing page needs a new home.
WordPress still owns discovery. Circle can't be crawled, so search and AI-answer visibility depends on the websites.
Questions to answer next
What is the Review app, and who uses it?
How do new creators join, and how will sponsor revenue be shared with them as the network grows toward 100 creators?
Where should the landing page and SEO pages live long term, and who edits them day to day?
Which of the eight automations matter most in the next 90 days?
Suggested paths forward
Starting points for three of the biggest challenges in the plan. Each is phased so the first step is small, useful on its own, and easy to back out of.
Own the automations instead of renting them
Can we build automations so the network doesn't depend on Grok Bot or an outsourced team?
Yes. Run a small automation hub on a VPS the network controls, with the AI model as a swappable part rather than the foundation. If one AI provider has a billing dispute or goes down, you change one setting instead of losing the whole workflow.
How it would work
Trigger. A new episode lands in Google Drive, or the Lightcast API reports a new episode.
Transcribe. A speech-to-text service creates an accurate transcript with timestamps.
Draft. The AI writes show notes, a separate blog write-up, and platform descriptions, using templates that include the day's sponsor insert.
Review. Drafts wait in a simple approval screen. Rick or an editor approves or edits in minutes.
Publish. On approval, it posts to the websites, Circle, and email, then queues the nightly syndication.
Suggested order
Show notes first. Replaces the dead Grok Bot and gives Rick his time back fastest.
Circle and website posting. Both have proper APIs, so this is dependable.
Nightly syndication. Automate platforms with upload APIs first; keep a short manual checklist for the rest.
Rumble thumbnails and descriptions. Once the pipeline is stable.
Tools to consider
n8n (self-hosted): visual workflows a non-developer can follow and adjust.
A small Laravel app for the review screen, if the sites move to Laravel anyway.
Several syndication platforms may not offer public upload APIs. For those, the options are browser automation, which breaks whenever a site changes its layout, or keeping them manual. Worth checking each platform before promising full automation.
Keep a human approval step for anything touching Scripture, prayer, or news claims. Automation should handle the logistics, not speak for Rick unreviewed.
Move from WordPress to Laravel, carefully
Can the WordPress sites become Laravel sites that non-developers can still edit?
Yes, and editing can stay easy. The safest route is to pilot on the one page that needs rebuilding anyway, faithnfreedom.live, and only migrate the SEO sites once the editing experience has proven itself.
Content management options
Statamic. A full CMS built on Laravel with a polished control panel for pages, posts, images, and SEO fields. Closest to the WordPress editing experience, without the plugin sprawl.
Filament. An admin panel builder. More flexible, but the editing screens are designed and built for the network rather than ready-made.
Hybrid. Keep WordPress as the writing tool and build the public site in Laravel. Useful if the team is attached to the WordPress editor.
Suggested order
Pilot: rebuild faithnfreedom.live in Laravel with working A/B testing.
Try the editor: have Rick or an editor update the pilot for a few weeks.
Migrate blessed2teach.com, keeping every URL or redirecting it.
Migrate faithnfreedom.org last, since it carries the most search value.
A migration can temporarily lose search rankings if URLs, titles, or metadata change. Every existing URL needs to keep working or redirect permanently, and the auto-publishing pipeline and Search Atlas workflow must be pointed at the new sites before cutover.
Build search momentum from what already exists
What's the best way to move rankings from pages 2–3 onto page 1, and show up in AI answers?
The network already has an unusual asset: hundreds of hours of spoken teaching. Turning that into well-structured, clearly authored pages is the biggest lever, ahead of producing more new content.
Quick wins
Fix the B2T duplicates. Make the show page and show-notes page genuinely different, or point one to the other as the main version.
Target "almost there" keywords. Use Search Atlas to list pages already ranking in positions 8–25 and improve those first; they move fastest.
Connect Google Search Console to see the searches people actually use to find the sites.
Link back home. Every Rumble and syndication description should link to the episode's page on the website.
Longer-term momentum
Episode pages built from transcripts, with timestamps, key quotes, and a short summary.
Topic hubs. A main page per theme, such as the Armor of God series, linking to every related episode and article.
Structured data that tells Google each page holds a video or podcast episode and who the speaker is.
Clear authorship. Author pages for Rick, Amanda, and Julie. AI answer engines favor sources with a recognizable, credible person behind them.
Question-shaped content. Headings that match real questions, answered directly in the first sentence, are what AI answers quote.
The caster network as a link engine. Each caster's page linking to the hub, and the hub linking back, builds authority for everyone.
Publishing large volumes of lightly edited AI articles can hurt rankings. Fewer, reviewed pages built on Rick's own words will outperform many generic ones.
